Terms

Early-access conditions for using SiteSupply.

These terms establish the boundaries of the current sourcing and supplier-discovery service.

Effective date: August 5, 2026.

Platform role

SiteSupply provides request intake, supplier discovery and sourcing coordination. It is not a contractor, supplier, broker, architect, engineer, inspector or code-compliance authority.

Supplier information

Supplier profiles are reviewed before publication, but users must independently verify licensing, insurance, availability, specifications, pricing and suitability before entering an agreement.

Quotes and estimates

Only a response issued by a supplier can constitute a supplier quote. Any workspace examples or planning estimates are demonstrations and are not binding offers.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, avoid unlawful or abusive submissions and refrain from uploading confidential information they do not have authority to share.

Contracts and payment

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a future product release, contracts and payments occur directly between buyers and suppliers. SiteSupply is not a party to those agreements.

Availability

The early-access service may change, experience interruptions or remove functions while the operating model is validated.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SiteSupply is not responsible for supplier performance, project delays, regulatory compliance or losses arising from third-party transactions.
