How SiteSupply handles early-access website submissions.

This notice describes the information collected through the public SiteSupply website and its request forms.

Effective date: August 5, 2026.

Information collected

SiteSupply collects information you submit through quote requests, supplier applications and contact forms. This can include names, business contact information, project locations, service requirements and messages.

How information is used

Information is used to review requests, communicate with submitters, evaluate supplier applications, improve the platform and, where consent is provided, share relevant request details with potential suppliers.

Technical records

The service may process limited request metadata for security, abuse prevention and reliability. Network identifiers are irreversibly hashed before database storage.

Do not submit sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health records or other highly sensitive personal information through public forms.

Retention and access

Early-access records are retained only as needed for platform operation, legitimate business needs, security and applicable legal obligations. Requests to access or correct submitted information can be made through the contact page.

Third-party services

SiteSupply uses infrastructure providers to host the website and database. Analytics will be enabled only under a SiteSupply-specific property and configured with privacy-conscious defaults.

Changes

This notice may change as accounts, payments, supplier messaging and additional product functions are introduced.
